Math making you squirrely? Biology driving you nuts? Then drop by the Doc Bryan Tutoring Center for one-on-one peer tutoring free of charge.

The Doc Bryan Tutoring Center is now open for all freshmen, students taking freshmen level courses, and students who may need tutoring in upper level math or biology. Supervised by B2E Coordinator Mike Bogue, the Tutoring Center is staffed by six upper-level student tutors, all of whom sport tutoring experience and high GPA’s:

• Morgan Andert, senior Accounting/Management and Marketing major, GPA 3.6.
• Brooke Corbitt, junior Accounting/Management and Marketing major, GPA 3.7
• Caitlin Harris, senior English/Spanish major, GPA 4.0.
• Daniel McCaulley, junior Mechanical Engineering major, 3.7.
• Chelsea Pulliam, senior Mid-Level Education (Math and Science) major, 3.8.
• Nikki Scott, senior Biology (Pre-Med) major, GPA 3.5.

Located in Doc Bryan 247 – the large glass-enclosed room just above the Doc’s Place Convenience Store – the Tutoring Center is open Monday-Thursday from 6-9 p.m. Subjects that the center tutors include the following:

• Beginning Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, and College Algebra (Monday-Thursday).
• Foundational Comp, Comp I, and Comp II (Monday).
• Introduction to Biology (Wednesday and Thursday).
• Principles of Biology (Wednesday and Thursday).
• American Government (Monday).
• Spanish (Monday).
