The Diaper Dandies are the clear favorites from the men's division, but three other teams finished the regular season undefeated and could pose a threat to the heavily favored Diaper Dandies. Seagals Scent of Action is a surprise at no. 6, but is poised as perhaps the most underrated team in the tournament. The drawback for the tournament's dark horse? They drew no. 3 Channel 4 News Team in the first round. Look for that match-up to be the most exciting of the opening round. The winner of that game goes on to play the victor from another intriguing first round contest where the Showstoppers square off against the Stinkles. Still, the favorites to reach the championship round are the Diaper Dandies and St. Leo's Drew.

Unlike in men's action, the women's division is wide open. No teams finished unbeaten, and United finished in first despite dropping their last game to Absolute Skill. St. Leo's Saints incurred a pair of losses but remains one of the most favored teams in the tournament. Any team in the bracket could well emerge as the champion in a wide open field. It should also be noted that TECH GIRLS and Zeta Tau Alpha One did not earn a postseason bid, as the women's bracket features only eight teams compared to the 16 in the men's division. Ball Busters earned the nod between the two single-win teams from the Gold League. If you want a first round game to watch, Absolute Skill and St. Leo's Saints are somehow paired together in the opening round. The winner will be favored to advance to the championship round to likely take on United, who has a much easier path to the finals.
