On Saturday, the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys will travel to Magnolia, to take on the Southern Arkansas University Mule-riders.

“Our schedule has been very difficult and challenging, but hopefully it has helped prepare us and made us a better team heading back into conference play next weekend,” Athletic Director and Wonder Boys Head Football Coach Steve Mullins said.

The Wonder Boys, who are 0-1 in Great American Conference play after falling 38-31 in its league opener on Sept. 3 at Arkansas-Monticello, will play its final four games of the season against GAC foes beginning next Saturday at Southern Arkansas.

The Arkansas Tech football coaching staff selected its Most Valuable Player from Saturday’s game and awarded the Defensive MVP to senior defensive back Myron Johnson of Portland, Ore.
