You'll never guess: Chris Evans revealed the most difficult scene in “Knives Out”
By: Margaret Wilson
Ryan Johnson tested the strength of the actor's stomach and nerves. Go on reading to know if it was successful!
Everyone who had the pleasure to watch «Knives Out» probably remembers the scene where the hero of Chris Evans was eating cookies while his relatives were in a quarrel. Despite the fact that this moment revealed the cynical character of the character and added comic to what was happening, it didn't seem to be the masterpiece of acting. At least, this can be decided if you do not know what was happening behind the scenes of the movie.
As Ryan Johnson, the director of «Knives Out» admitted, Evans had to eat cookies all day long, while this scene was made. Even the fact that Johnson chose an elite Biscoff cookie for filming did not cause any gastronomic delight on the on-screen Captain America.
According to his words, he thought they looked cool, but in fact they turned out to be very oily. Once you eat two of these cookies, you will feel your throat literally covered with oil. And Chris ate them all day! Can you imagine that?
However, Evans didn't even show that something wasn't all right. Most likely, the reason for this is the iron nerves which he got during the filming of Marvel movies, where the requirements for the actors were much more serious.
